Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern The Achieve Referral Challenge (“Campaign”) conducted by Petra Securities Limited (“Company”). By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms. The Campaign starts on September 25th, 2024, and ends on October 31st, 2024.

Eligibility

1. Participants must be users of the Achieve App (“App”).
2. Participants must have made at least one top-up
3. Participants must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal
4. Employees of Petra Holdings are not eligible to participate

How to Earn

1. Participants must refer new users to the App using their referral link and username.
2. The new user must indicate the participant’s username during sign-up on the “How did you hear about Achieve?” screen.
3. To qualify, participants must ensure that their referrals successfully sign up and subscribe to a product.

Disqualification

4. Any attempt by a participant to create multiple accounts or refer the same user more than once will result in disqualification.
5. Referrals using fraudulent or incorrect information, such as fake usernames or email addresses, will lead to disqualification.
6. Participants who violate the app’s terms and conditions or community guidelines during the campaign will be disqualified.
7. Petra Securities Limited reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its sole discretion.

Selection of Winners

8. Every week for the first four weeks of the campaign (7-days), the Achieve team will shortlist the user with the highest number of referrals. Winners and rewards will be announced on social media.
9. Each user is eligible to win the weekly reward only once during the campaign. However, all referrals will still contribute towards the overall campaign reward.
10. At the end of the campaign, the top three users with the most referrals will be selected as the overall winners of the referral campaign.
11. The campaign will end at 11:59 PM on October 31st, 2024.
12. Winners will be announced via the Achieve app’s social media channels and through in-app notifications.

Prizes

13. Weekly winners: Meal voucher
14. Overall First Place: GHS 3,000
15. Overall Second Place: GHS 2,000
16. Overall Third Place: GHS 1,000
17. Prizes will be deposited into the winners’ respective Digisave accounts on Achieve within 30 days after determining the winners
18. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items

General Conditions

19. Petra Securities Limited reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Campaign at any time without prior notice
20. In case of any disputes, the decision of Petra Securities Limited shall be final and binding
21. Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
22. Participants must comply with the terms and policies of the social media platforms they use

Limitation of Liability

23. Petra Securities Limited is not responsible for any technical failures or issues that may affect the entry or voting
24. By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless Petra Securities Limited from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or related to their participation in the campaign

Privacy and Data Protection

25. Participants’ personal data may be collected and processed in accordance with Petra Securities’ Privacy
26. By entering the Campaign, participants consent to the use of their personal data including their entries for the purposes of administering the Campaign, announcing winners, and marketing and promotional

Force Majeure

Petra Securities Limited shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under the Campaign where such failure results from any cause beyond the Company’s reasonable control, including but not limited to mechanical, electronic, or communications failure, or degradation (each a “Force Majeure Event”).

Miscellaneous

27.  Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
28. Waiver: The failure of Petra Securities Limited to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision
29. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Petra Securities Limited regarding the Campaign and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written
30. Amendments: Petra Securities Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior Participants will be notified of any changes through the Achieve App or social media channels.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
