The achieve by Petra FPL Challenge (“the Challenge”) is organized by achieve by Petra. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Duration
The Challenge will run from August 2025 to May 2026 (“the Challenge Period”).
- Entry Fee
Participation in the Challenge is free of charge.
- Eligibility
- To participate, you must:
- Be a Ghanaian-based fan.
- Follow achieve by Petra on X (formerly Twitter).
- Be an active user of the achieve by Petra app. An “active user” is defined as someone who has:
- Downloaded the Achieve by Petra app.
- Made a deposit of at least GHS50.00 to qualify for the weekly rewards
- Made at least a deposit of GHS500.00 between August 2025 and May 2026 to qualify for the final reward.
- Registration and Platform
The Challenge will be hosted on the Fantasy Premier League platform: https://fantasy.premierleague.com
Participants must register on the FPL platform and join the official achieve by Petra FPL Challenge league using the code r33m6q.
- Activities and Engagement
During the Challenge Period, participants will have access to:
Watch Party Events for big games
Weekly X Spaces Conversations hosted by achieve by Petra.
- Prizes
Weekly Winners: GHS 100 credited to their DigiSave account.
End-of-Season Winners:
1st Place: GHS 5,000
2nd Place: GHS 3,000
3rd Place: GHS 2,000
- Prize Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable and will be credited directly to winners’ achieve by Petra DigiSave accounts.
To receive any prize, the participant must remain an user throughout the Challenge Period.
- Disqualification
achieve by Petra reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
Creates multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
Provides false or misleading information during registration.
Engages in any form of cheating, foul play, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Data Protection and Privacy
By participating, you consent to achieve by Petra collecting and using your personal data for the purposes of administering the Challenge and awarding prizes.
- Changes and Termination
achieve by Petra reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, alter the prizes, or terminate the Challenge at any time without prior notice to you.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. All disputes arising from this challenge shall be resolved amicably by the Parties. The Courts of Ghana shall be last resort for settling any dispute.
