Terms and Conditions
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Achieve with Mom Campaign (“Campaign”) conducted by Petra Securities Limited (“Company”). By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
Participants must:
- Be users of the achieve by Petra App
- Be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian
- Not be employees of Petra Holdings
Participation Requirements
Participants must comply with all campaign instructions and submission requirements. Entries that do not meet the stated requirements may be disqualified.
Disqualification
Participants may be disqualified if they:
- Engage in fraudulent activity, including fake engagement, misleading information, or multiple accounts
- Fail to include the required logo, hashtags, or account tags
- Violate the achieve by Petra App’s terms and conditions or community guidelines
- Breach any applicable laws or platform policies
Petra Securities Limited reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its sole discretion.
Prizes
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items.
General Conditions
Petra Securities Limited reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of Petra Securities Limited shall be final and binding.
Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and social media platform policies.
Limitation of Liability
Petra Securities Limited shall not be held responsible for technical failures, network issues, platform-related issues, or unsuccessful submissions affecting participation in the Campaign.
By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless Petra Securities Limited from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Campaign.
Privacy and Data Protection
Participants’ personal data may be collected and processed for the administration of the Campaign, winner announcements, and promotional activities in accordance with Petra Securities Limited’s Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from the Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
