Achieve with Mom Campaign

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Achieve with Mom Campaign (“Campaign”) conducted by Petra Securities Limited (“Company”). By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms. The Campaign starts on May 4th, 2026, and ends on May 20th, 2026.

Eligibility

• Participants must be users of the achieve by Petra App (“App”).
• Participants must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
• Employees of Petra Holdings are not eligible to participate.

How to Participate

• Participants must create and share content based on the theme:
  “Share the most bizarre money conversation you’ve ever had with your mum.”

• Participants may submit their entry in either:

  • • Video format, or
    • Photo format
• Participants must include the achieve by Petra App logo in their video or photo.
• Participants must post their content on any of the following platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or X (Twitter).
• Participants must tag the official Achieve by Petra accounts as follows:

    • Instagram: @achievebypetra
    • Facebook: @achieve by Petra
• Participants must use the hashtags:
  #achievebyPetra and #achievewithmom
• Participants must submit their post link(s) via the official campaign page by 20th May, 2026 at 11:00pm: https://theachieveapp.com/achieve-with-mom/

Selection Process

The 10 videos with the highest engagement (likes, comments, shares, and views) will be shortlisted by the Achieve by Petra team.
From the shortlisted entries, the public will vote online to select the top 3 winners.
Winners will be announced on Achieve by Petra’s social media platforms and via in-app notifications.

Prizes

1. First Prize: Dinner or lunch for five (5) people at a 4-star hotel
2. Second Prize: Full luxury spa day
3. Third Prize: A curated hamper filled with love

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

Disqualification

Any participant found engaging in fraudulent activity, including fake engagement, multiple accounts, or misleading information, will be disqualified.
Participants who violate the App’s terms and conditions or community guidelines will be disqualified.
Petra Securities Limited reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its sole discretion.

General Conditions

Petra Securities Limited reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
In case of disputes, the decision of Petra Securities Limited shall be final and binding.
Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and social media platform policies.

Limitation of Liability

Petra Securities Limited is not responsible for technical failures, network issues, or platform-related problems that may affect participation.
By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless Petra Securities Limited from any claims or damages arising from participation in the Campaign.

Privacy and Data Protection

Participants’ personal data may be collected and used for the purpose of administering the Campaign, announcing winners, and promotional activities, in accordance with Petra Securities Limited’s Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
